Why does sports have to have each of every race to be considered equal?

Question

to make my question clear, i ran across a question that asked why doesnt NASCAR have any black racers? and i know they do because i follow NASCAR that there are several rising in the ranks but why does it have to be that way? if it was because the lack of interest or other any non racist reason does that matter? If we are worried about the color of his skin not his court, field, track ability isnt that racist itself?
Worried about NASCAR with not enough blacks? well basketball doesnt have enough whites. hockey has no hispanics nor blacks are we worried about that?F1 doesnt have enough Americans blacks whites or hispanics? are we really that worried about a color not being represented over ability?

ain't no such thing some races are better than others at certain things, blacks have been bred 400 years for strength and not intelligence so they are going to dominate most of the athletic sports in this country, fast decision making is not what blacks are good at, give another example football is dominated by mostly blacks but the MAJORITY of quarterbacks is white

In the US we try to implement race quotas into every aspect of life. First it was at the office, then it became apparent in the media to have the token black kid on a show and before long *poof* reverse discrimination to the point where if not enough races are represented in something then that something is wrong.

Look at FIFA it's an international organization so you have to have people of variant races but some sports such as NASCAR or NHL just don't appeal to certain demographics.

Look at the NBA where did these guys learn how to play basketball? Living in the inner city that's how they got respect plus it's not like there is a lot to do there as far as sports go. Look at NASCAR how do you learn to be a NASCAR driver? There are a few minorities in NHL.
