Maybe you should see a doctor. I'm pretty sure half the people on here are under 18 (not me), so you're probably asking the wrong crowd.

Possibly anxiety, angina, heart problems, or plain old indigestion or gastritis. Only your doctor can tell you. Palpitations or chest pain doesn't necessarily mean you're having a heart attack; BUT...you need to check it out NOW ! Don't wait!! It's alot better to know what it "isn't" and get medication for what it "is". In the meantime, pay attention to how you're feeling when this occurs; what did you eat; did you exercise; are you short of breath; is your pulse irregular? The more information you can give your doctor, the better off you'll be. Godloveya.

Chemist Bob Barefoot says, "Your body is 96% gas. Of the 4% that's left over half of that is calcium. Calcium is the element that produces the electrical power for your heart to beat. People that have no heart disease or cancer eat a hundred times the RDA of everything." Now the people that he is referring to live way up in mountain ranges and eat a certain type of vitamin-rich substance that is not available to us. Dr. Matthias Rath in his book, "Why animals don't get heart attacks, but people do!" states that 600 to 3000mg of vitamin C is essential for maintaining cardiovascular health. This includes getting rid of atherosclerosis and Arrhythmias.
