I've had bad luck with a previous Shark product. My mom has the European Pro Sweeper and it works wonderful for her but I read the reviews for it on HSN and they were horrible. So I'm wondering how well the Shark works. Thanks.

Mine works great but not on heavy traffic areas.I really like the convenience of doing stairs with it. If the carpets are deep cleaned regularly then you won't need a more expensive heavy duty model.Make sure you get the extra collector filter with it so you can wash the used one and let dry for a few hours.

OH I used it at a acquaintances abode and that's a chew of JUNK... purely spend the time with a common suction vacuum... that is sturdy for tile or wood flooring no longer for carpets or those with pets... undesirable product.. sturdy success

I love mine. I use it for in between cleaning with big vacuum. Good for lent and light weight trash.
