It is Antares. If it is still on the menu, order the Landmark dessert. Haven't been back in a while, but the food is good. There is also a new chef in charge of the restaurant.

"Antares" is the name of the revolving restaurant atop Reunion tower.
There is also a club known as "The Dome" on the third level.
I would make reservations well in advance, very popular tourist attraction.

"Antares" is the name, unless they changed it. The floor (under the tables) rotates 360 degrees. Their brunch was good, especially the omelet bar.
