I grew up in Florida then left for California with the man I later married. After about 20 years, lots of things happening culminating in a divorce, I moved back to Florida. Both states have advantages and disadvantages, but one big difference is that I was able to buy my own home in Florida, which I never could have done in Los Angeles.

I lived in 5 different states in the US before I was 18. When I turned 18 I moved to Virginia. After 6 years I moved to Vermont then after 1 year I moved to Germany. All due to the military.

Virginia and Georgia. Loved Virginia because you get hot weather and cold weather, but the housing market up there has been absolutely horrible. Thankfully its starting to cool down. I'm not so keen on Georgia because of the humidity. In summer it can be 98 degrees with 90% humidity! Also because in Georgia there has never been a white Christmas and that sucks!

Yes, I've lived in Texas, New York, Florida and Rhode Island.
Texas because my Mom lived there, raised in New York, Florida because I worked there for a while, Rhode Island because I went to school there.
NYC is my chosen home though.
