He was nice old man just like your grandpa. He just made some bad choices. He could have helped the world get along better. Why did the U.S. have to murder him ?

Well his bad choices killed others. Ask yourself this... Why did those 148 poor innocent people have to die because of Saddam?

By the way just a little tip, dont go round comparing Saddam to other peoples grandpas because there is a good chance they will kill you aswell.

Nice old man I don't think so. I think you need to spend some time with the families of the innocent humans that have been killed by this man. Do you think these ruthless killers like Sadam and Hitler should just walk our Earth and keep ruthlessly murdering innocent humans? To many people want to look the other way while people die in other countries as long as it has nothing to do with them. That is sick and I will never be apart of that kind of ignorance.

My Dear. Saddam was anything but, "a nice old man", if my grandpa had been just like him, God forgive me but I would have killed him myself. This man was the cause of countless thousands of peoples deaths by "torture". He was known to kill entire families, we are speaking of generations. Yes. Great grandparents right up to the youngest child of the family. He did so much worse than that. I'm sorry, I can no longer speak of this terrible man. My God have Mercy on his soul, and may our sweet Savior help me to forgive him and his crimes against humanity.

Because he was tried in a kangaroo court and they wanted to shut him up quickly for some reason.

They need to put both the Bushes on trial in the same kangaroo court and hang them for what they have and are doing in foreign countries that they have not right to be in!

Not only are they (US government) killing Innocent people there but they (US government) are killing and maiming the US troops with depleted uranium and not telling the people nor military they are doing so just like the "Agent Orange" in Vietnam...You don't believe me? Read below!....

Oh I expect a lot of thumbs down because most will not read and don't like what I say...when you have studied the shadow government for over 20 years like I have then you may understand what is going on around you!

i think we all know that saddam was not a very pleasant man...he committed some terrible attrocities during in his reign. however, locking him behind bars for the rest of his natural life would have been punishment enough...everyday he would have yearned for freedom..a freedom that would never come! - thats punishment!

in this day and age, i am ashamed and sickened that some countries still have the barbaric death penalty...its disgusting! i am so glad i in live in the united kingdom..where we are civilised!

saddam died so he wouldn't be able to tell who else was involved in his torture regime, he couldn't have done all the things people have said he's done without help, also of course he died for the things he did. although I don't believe in killing anyone, and that's what happened. I think life in prison would have made him suffer and think about what he has done.

Every one has their own beliefs and im going to respect yours but he did more bad than good. Altho i dnt think the death penality is a reasonable punishment for killing people! It defeats the purpose

I sympathize with you, but you see there are many Saddams around and we have to control their reproduction.
