Possible crank or cam sensor, coil, bad fuel pump relay, ASD relay (ASD=Auto Shut-Down, if it gets in a wreck it cuts the fuel pump off), plugged catalytic convertor, Neutral Safety Switch, or one of several other items.

Best thing to do is to have it towed to the dealer and have them diagnose it. Independent shops don't usually have as good of tools, training, or experience as the dealer will have, and they're usually not a whole lot cheaper any more. Not trying to discredit any independent shops, but the dealer specializes in your type of vehicle and knows the quirks and common problem areas to look at.

I know this sounds stupid, but make sure u have gas. Also, check the fuel pump to make sure it is working. Its easy to do, u will need a buddy to help you thou. Make sure you are someplace kind of quiet, open the gas filler, then while you turn the key have the other guy listen for the pump to whirl. MIght even have to get under vehicle and listen. If not, check the emergency pump fuse then the main fuse. if both good and no noise, replace pump.
Could also be major problems, like timing set. Good luck!

Does the car start in neutral? If it does it could be your starter. Have it checked and repaired. Some auto repair stores will check your starter, to see if it is working. Best wishes and Happy New Year.
