Well friend there are many options available but the best is zoomshare.com, it provides you with a free website, with a domain name:"Abc".zoomshare.com, you can pay and get it removed, it's quick, nice and better from the rest. (I hope you make something out of all this. Best of luck, go ahead!!)

Getting a domain name is simple. Yahoo and many others can help you with great ease. Generally speaking one needs to pay for domain name registration, but the cost for this is pretty low; often less than even $15.00. Further folks like Yahoo then have different plans that permit you to create web site itself. This last thing is called "web hosting." But web hosting often also can cost money. I am unaware that anybody offers a free private domain name for a website and free web hosting combined.

You need to register the domain name with your ISP and therefore it can be established with the DNS server where it can match your domain name against the IP address of where your webpage is stored. Check with your ISP on registering your domain name
