I want to listen to football commentry but dont know what to do any help would be appctd.

Hi - Go to the BBC website, the home page and click through until you see the RADIO section. Alternatively, try typing the word FOOTBALL into their search slot and see what comes up. If you want to listen to BBC radio on-line, you may need to download a program from their site which will enable you to receive the signal. Its free.
