1. Okay when ever im on the feild i get tired out. Like really fast. I first run as fast as i can but then i just tire out. Any good suggestions to keep me pumped up on the feild?

2. In soccer i try to be golie and its hard because of the ball you no, im scared it would jam into my face, what should i do to not think it would?

3. Im not very good at Postiotions like i cant remeber where they are. are there any tricks that can help me remeber them?

4. Is there a better way to score? I just cant get past all the players then i get tired out.

1. there's no substitute for fitness. but that takes years to build up. You should work on that nut dont expect results straight away. for the time being you need to know how long you'll be playing and pace yourself. dont sprint unless you have to. there is a turn of phrase that goes "the first yard is in your head"
so rather than chase after the ball or your opponent. think to yourself, where is the ball/man going to be in a few seconds and try to get there first. You'll find that you run less hard and can play for more of the game.

2. Comes with the territory i'm afraid. Peter Schmeichel used to make awesome saves with his face. if you cover your face with your hands then you can't really see whats going on, and the attacker, if they're clever, will put the ball where your hands should be. If your precious about your looks i'd seriously consider not playing in goal... otherwise just expect it to happen and you wont be surprised when it does.

3. Position schmosition. You dont really need to know what they are. you simply need to know your role. Do what the coach asks you to do.

4. the best way to score is to use your teammates. the ball moves much faster than you. so (as with point one) give the ball to your teammate and look for an area where there are no opponents and try to get there. Hopefully your teammate will see where you are and give the ball to you and you can score without having to run past anyone at all.

1. U just have a bad condition run around the park every day for an hour even if u get tired u aint just gonna stop being tired with out workin out or exersicing all u need is exercise

2.thats y u have hands to block the ball dont be scared of the ball all u gotta do is put your hands up and push them foward towards the ball

3.if u mean positions like fowards defens and all that stuff defense are always the players by the goal wich defend the goalie,middles just run back and forth and the play both defense and fowars so theyre everywere, and fowards are always ahead of every one

4.the best way to score is to make your plays nice and beutifull try not to run with the bal cuz u wont be able to take on the hole defense pass the ball thats how u win games

1) getting pumped on the field u could jump up and down or get pumped with your team by clapping slow than fast. it really works
2) what i do is think the ground or the ball might hurt for bout 5 secs. than its gone, so oh well
3) i dont know of any tricks
4) either learn how to kick from afar or build your endurance and l learn how to trick them

(offense) Just pace ur self and get good possition if u use moves to get around defenders. then rest by taking deep breathes and place hands on knees

(defence) cut anglles generaly offenders run streight dont worry abought the ball cut them off and contain keeping you from haveing to chase

If your Golie place hands in a (W) in fron of ur face with thumbs touching and fingers spread and keep your whole boady infront of the ball at all times. Your probaly not cutout to be golie if u get scared of the ball though

use moves like open gate push ball through legs to left or right away from def to turn

Pull a v pull bal back the tap in angle like a v

or fake kicks by kicking down ontop of the ball

when u get to the goil aim for corners top corners perferablie u wood have to be 8 feet tall to stop a shot in the far tiop corner

or low corners like anyone golies arent going to kill themselfes diving to the ball so shot low in the corners and fake your stance the golie knows were your shooting by the way you set up
