although wysiwyg editors are easy to use, you can not complete all the tasks you need, you must have knowledge of html to be a good web designer.

Go to Freewebs.com and sign up for an account and make your website with their site builders. After you've done that, if you don't like the address they've given you, which will be www.freewebs.com/your_username_here, you can pay for a domain name which is like www.yahoo.com. You can buy one on their site.

Try Geocities on yahoo. It's free with your Yahoo account. Learning a little about hypertext will help also.
