You make websites with html code. here is code to make the red word "hey"
hey
hey
of course there are simpler ways, you could use a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) editor, like frontpage or publisher. Here is one that is free.

http://www.freewebs.com is a great free site host with an easy to use interface. here's my freewebs site

it's very easy to use and has available templates.
for tips on html go here

although wysiwyg editors are easy to use, you can not complete all the tasks you need, you must have knowledge of html to be a good web designer.
i hope this helps(ten points would be nice)

Go to Freewebs.com and sign up for an account and make your website with their site builders. After you've done that, if you don't like the address they've given you, which will be www.freewebs.com/your_username_here, you can pay for a domain name which is like www.yahoo.com. You can buy one on their site.

Try Geocities on yahoo. It's free with your Yahoo account. Learning a little about hypertext will help also.
