My guess is NO! Tuesday has been declared a national time out! This means the postal department will have time off to pay respects to former President Gerald Ford who died last week at the age of 93. He was the oldest living president in American history, and he beat out Ronald Reagan by one month for this dubious distinction.

Delivery wont happen with the exception of some Express Mail.
Executive offices are closed.
Retail conuters are closed.
Business Mail Entry is still accepting mail.
And internal processing is occuring on a skeleton crew.
