Probably when Kansas State stops playing the Central Upper Nebraska Tech's and South Harmon Institute's of Technology of college football out-of-conference.

When they both stop scheduling mid-majors and I-AA teams (Florida: Southern Miss, UCF, W. Carolina; KSU: Illinois St., FAU, Marshall, though they do credit for playing Louisville). The SEC and Big 12 are two of the worst culprits when it comes to cupcake non-con schedules.
