For me it's most definitely charm. With that said, I find charming people to be beautiful anyway :)

Charm. A beautiful person can seem less so if they are rude and obnoxious. A not-so-beautiful person can look more attractive if they are charming.

Dragon has to go with charm. She's known beautiful peeple who had no personality. Berry sad. Dragon would rather have someone charming. :)
