As a teen from the 80's, I generally hated 80's music. But as a female guitar player, I loved the Go-Go's ("Our Lips are Sealed" "We Got the Beat."). And yes -- anything by U2 is terrific!

As someone who grew up in the 80's I have to start by saying I disagree with the first answer! I love 80's music... anything by Bon Jovi is great, I also enjoy "You spin me round" by Dead or Alive, Depeche Mode, The Cure, INXS (esp their CD "Kick"), U2, "Hair bands" like Poison and Motley Crue, Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock "It takes two", "Funky Cold Medina", "Come on Eileen", "Sweet Child o Mine", "I think we're alone now" by Tiffany, gosh I could go on and on and on!!!! Makes me want to pull out my old cassettes and Bust a Move!!!!!
