Can you edit the registry so Synaptics touchpad can't be disabled by other device?

Is there any way to edit or add a value to the device paremeters for Synaptics Touchpad so it can't be diabled by another mouse. Please give me the title of the deword, the type, and value. Whatever it is, any suggestions will be helpful.
