Dust would get on to your desk where those two items used to be.
Seriously though, nothing would happen. The wireless mouse might run out of batteries if it's one of those recharging kind, but other than that, nothing. At the worst, Windows would think you had no keyboard or mouse, which would be "fixed" as soon as you got them back.

nothing if you don't reboot and if you leave the pc perfectly alone. if you reboot the pc without the keyboard and mouse it won't find the keyboard and mouse. then you'll have to reboot again after you plug the keyboard and mouse back into the pc.

Like if they'll still work when you bing them back? They should unless something happens to affect the drivers for these devices. You should be fine.

nothing . that is nothing more would happen to your computer then if you left that stuff connected and just left the computer sit for a few days without using it.

don't do this if you have a laptop, because i did this and when i put it back in, my synaptics touchpad would disable it took me weeks to fix it.
