ConstElation: Did you consider what exactly you'd be giving up for peace? The diversity of the world is one of the things that makes it beautiful.

Jeancommunicates: you missed the point of the question, however. You need to decide between the two.

The reason I pose this question is that the only way to end all wars is to make people be the same. Wars stem from people of one group want something people from the other group have. If we eleminate groups, we can eleminate war.

Thats like asking "would you rather eat pizza with chees or with spikes?" no disrespect.

Of course I would rather have the latter. We have children that we love and do not want them involved in the disputes of the adults and their stupid ways!

I want a peaceful world with different skin tones, languages, cultures all being kind to each other. I would like to taste all the different foods of the world. Wear all the different costumes of the world. Check out the different decor, architect, color schemes and textures. Play the different games of the world. See the animals in their original habitat. I want to understand all the languages so I can talk to anyone. This is the world that I picture when Christ returns.

I think your premise is off. Even if we were all the same color and spoke the same language, and had the same religion we would still find something to fight about. Thats human nature as the species stands now. To overcome our warlike nature would take a major evolutionary leap.

i think the first one is the better one, the second one has been tried and it only causes more violence. or we could all just go back to our country of origin, and be more peaceful and happy like we were just a couple of centuries ago
