Sperm has to enter the vagina in order to have any chance of making you pregnant. It cannot "pass through skin" or enter your blood stream, it can however, survive outside of the body and pass through thin clothing, like underwear. If your boyfriend's "wetness" was precum, it contained sperm so if it got onto your vulva, there is a chance of it entering the vagina and swimming from there to an egg and making you pregnant:
"# If sperm enter the vagina, then they are in a position to complete the other three steps.
# If they only reach the vulva (the outer genital area), they can still swim up to the vagina and continue on. However, this is much more difficult, so the chance of pregnancy is much smaller.
# Cowper’s gland secretions (also known as precum) can also carry sperm, so precum can cause a pregnancy. This is one reason why the withdrawal method is not very effective.
# Once sperm are in the vagina, they can swim through the cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes. The more sperm that enter the vagina, the greater the chance of pregnancy. 1
Also:
"Active sperm placed near the vagina can find their way into the body to fertilize the ovum. Pregnancy can and does happen this way." 2

I'm not exactly sure what you mean when you say the sperm was on the side of the cloth. If you mean it was on the side of the cloth that is touching your vulva then yes, you could get pregnant from that.
If the sperm is only on your thigh but does not come near your vulva then you could not become pregnant because sperm doesn't soak into the skin and travel through the blood stream. It needs to enter your vagina for you to become pregnant.

Of course not.
Sperm need access to your vagina in order for you to conceive. However, that does not mean that you cannot get pregnant if a man's semen is in close but not direct contact with your vagina. A little drop on or near your vulva would be enough.
What you were feeling, that wetness, is his lubrication. Yes, guys produce lube, too. They refer to is as pre-***. But the only way that his pre-*** can contain sperm is if he has not urinated since he last ejaculated.
However, don't take chances. Not unless you're prepared, physically, emotionally and financially, to raise a child. That's that condoms are for.
Also, please understand that there seems to be a whole lot that you and your bf don't understand about female anatomy and about sexuality in general. Please check the site I list below, and make certain that you read every bit of it. Then make sure that the two of you read every bit of it. It is an educational site only. The second site that I have listed is also an educational site, but this one is about both female and male sexuality and sexual health.

Not hardly! According to the way sperm cells are meant to connect to make a baby, there is no way you can get pregnant that way.

If I understand what you're asking, no it can't. He needs to insert his penis into your vagina and come in order for you to become pregnant. Since you still had your underwear on, don't worry about it. You're safe. No, sperm can't travel through thigh skin.

Go for sex education. Better still go for the practical classes in sex education, you will learn quick. By the way, what's your age? That you do not even know the basics of sex and pregnancy.
