ive got norton vierse cleaner but still keeps crashoig why is this can anyone help please or i will go mad

Try Spybot S&D and also Adaware SE and also PestPatrol ...I have found that Norton usually misses everything except major viruses. And also if the popup that you are talking about is coming from the taskbar where your clock is then it is probably a trojan so go to google and type in what it says. or get S!Ri 's removal prgram
