try the library...and whileyou are at it...pick up the "Diary of Ellen Rinbauer"...whatever you missed out in Rose Red...Diary will answer for you...and more...beautifully done...with ther main characters reprising their roles from Rose Red...

I don't know of 'any' place you can just stream movies. Even you could, you'd probally still have to download the streaming player. Other than that, the ONLY way to watch a full-length movie is to 'download' it. There's no way for the movie to just magically appear on your computer. Sorry.

Just rent it. It's on the dollar rack at most video stores, and is worth the buck.
