Yes it is they have the mothers hormones in them. It is completely normal the pediatrician showed me that when my baby was born.

Yes, it's normal. Many times both boy and girl babies have a little milk coming from their nipples in the first couple of weeks as mom's hormones work their way out of the baby's body.

This is normal. It is leftover hormones from being inside you. It should disappear within a few months. Don't massage or pinch his nipples as this could result in a larger milk production.

It usually is present right after birth and disappears around a month of age. It is caused by the horomones your baby received while in your belly, through the placenta.
However if you haven't noticed the lump before now it wouldn't hurt to discuss this with a doctor.
It has nothing to do with breastfeeding.

it is very normal,,,,,, my little girl had milk and actually had little breasts........ i got so worried and rushed her to hospital coz no one ever told me it was normal. but the doctors reasured me that it was normal it was because of my hormones.........
new born girls also can have a period....... and that is because of the mothers hormones
its nuffing to worrie about.. but do not squeeze the babys nipples to get the milk out because it wont help

Thats just b/c the baby got some hormones while they were in the womb from your placenta, its nothing to worry about and should go away within 2 months.

its totally normal my son had it for like six months i swear they says its just hormones just dont touch them its like us if u make the milk come out it wont dry up just leave them alone and let it dry up
