Does anyone know if you can put a retainer in a vertical lebret piercing? If so, what kind?

The previous poster has not stated the truth. The infection was NOT caused by using a retainer. You can buy quartz or pyrex retainesr that are perfectly safe to use in a vertical labret piering. Your piercist should be able to order one in the proper gauge and length.
