Physical smile...
Besides my slightly warped sense of humour (I can amuse myself practically anywhere I go...I see funny things)
I really enjoy making other people smile or laugh... more so in public because you don't know how someone will react.
As a customer in a store...I chose to be kind to strangers...letting them go ahead of me in line if they have less items to pay for, helping vertically challenged women reach items on higher shelves, helping people find items or direct them in the store. Making obvious remarks about things that they are to shy to say... it's like an ice breaker... they'll say, "that's what I was just thinking!" It's all fun, it's all good.
Being silly or weird to show how ridiculously serious we all are.
Don't get me wrong I'm not a clown, I'm quite reserved I just have selective behaviour bursts when there are others who are more shy, reserved than myself.
Other side of my coin.
The more pensive smile or inner smile I usually have when I talk to people and I can see how great they are when they don't know they are.
When I'm with a pet...just how lucky I am to interact with another species on such a friendly level... a mutual affection and respect.
Looking around the landscape or seeing photos of beautiful places that still exist on our planet...knowing how awesome it is to be alive on this special planet.
Knowing I can enjoy simple pleasures...
Just my thoughts right now.
Thanks, this 'exercise' just cheered me up!

Just waking up in the morning is one big smile for me!! It pretty much makes everyday go well from that point on.
Numerous things throughout the day also add happiness, such as a kiss good bye from my husband when he leaves for work, the sound of my son's voice if he calls or stops by, the adorable position that my cats sleep in, the phone call from my husband telling me he is on hiw way home, the sound of my dog snoring, the pftssssssssss of my can of Diet Mountain Dew opening, the feeling of freshly brushed teeth, the warmth of the wash cloth as I wash my face, the smell of lunch cooking; whatever it may be, the sight of the mailman coming with my mail... I could go on and on... my life has sooooooo many things to smile at !!
Live happy... It's YOUR choice!

i have had and still have one really hard life. i am not saying that out of pity for myself i say it because its true.
i can get really sad remembering all that stuff .
when i consider how i have hung in there and despite being knocked down more then a few times i keep getting back up to live another day that makes me smile . i smile even more when i see how some people who have fantastic easy lives think they are having such a life because of how hard they have worked.
the simple fact is that i have worked a great deal harder then many other people who have had much fewer difficult times then me and they have such ignorance to think they are in there situation because they have done something to deserve this more then a person who is poor .

Helping others. I receive the most pleasure out of seeing other people happy. I am actively participating in a Relay For Life team raising funds for the American Cancer Society and am always trying to think of more fundraising ideas. My team was challenged by the local radio station and I want to beat them this year. They raised $13,00.00 last year and we only raised about $3500.00.

With Prayers and heat needs for a happy & wealthy 2008 ! WHY those TRIALS? The lion that David confronted while he became on my own, typifies trials that come against our own existence. Goliath, being the traditional enemy of Israel, shows the pains that come against the human beings of God or the Church at the same time. Had David been defeated via the lion, or had he been too timid to stand it, he would not have had the braveness to stand Goliath and the Philistines. except we take the victory interior the pains and temptations that come against our own religious existence, we can not triumph over the Goliaths that confront the human beings of God, and take care of the Church. David's victory over the lion that roared against him while he became youthful, became the 1st step on a thank you to the throne. toddler of God, remember, the throne of God awaits the overcomers. The youthful lion that Samson confronted, yielded him candy honey interior the top - which he 'went on ingesting', and which he gave to his mum and dad additionally (Judg 14:8,9). basically as Samson 'went on ingesting' candy honey, enable us to bypass on tasting and ingesting God's love interior the midst of our trials. "O style and notice that the Lord is sturdy." enable us to proportion this 'honey journey' with others additionally. the point of God in allowing trials in our lives is, to not make our lives bitter, yet somewhat extra helpful and sweeter, and to strengthen the precious ones with us. "there is not something God facilitates in grace That ever is available in ineffective; He has a shining 'later on' for each cloud of rain!" - overdue Pastor T.U.Thomas, in Morning Manna. *desire you will locate extra concepts in this website .
