Ideas for my project?

Question

I have to invent a whole new society with new laws and values for my art project. Here are some of my ideas so far-
Have ninja or robot cops
Smoking ban throughout the world
Peace ( No war no more )
Better cleaner environment ( Improved recycling )
A limit to cars per household
Anyone committing crime will be sent in a canon to pluto
End to poverty. Everyone gets paid the same.

Obviously some of these laws are a little silly and will never take place, but its the design process that is most important to my project. It's just these law ideas is the thing that is holding me back from getting to actually deesign what I am to design for the project.
If anyone can think of any additional laws or beliefs I will be very grateful. They can be funny or stupid. It doesn't really matter. The better the ideas, the more I have to work with. Can even be similar to the monster raving looney party's ideas.

How about having an Utopia society? All shall be treated equally and this shall be carried out to all. A universal health care system shall exist- everyone shall have access to health care. Cars will expel water for exhaust, which they are working on currently. People only get to appeal 2 times in the appeal process regarding the court system and it will not be drawn out like it is today. Perhaps shooting them to Mercury is more feasible- the violators. Making them live in a place of Hell for their sins- keeping them from society. They took the rights of another and now it's their turn. An end to STIs and a cure for AIDs. However, keep in mind people can't live forever, b/c then you would overpopulate the world. I'll let you think about that issue. Hope this gives you some ideas. And what about a female president for once- that might get you some bounus points if your teacher is female and explain why you chose a female president.

How about a society where parents don't raise their children but instead all of society contributes equally. Also no violence exists and any time someone breaks the law they are treated as if of unsound mind and cured. People the world over can afford everything they want in life because they don't want stupid things. Consumerism is no longer the way. People are now content with what they have because products are made with quality and our minds are too strong to be brainwashed by commercials. The only media we accept is a truthful one. We only have to work about 5 hours a day but it's not communist. People with greater skills can still get compensated.

Eating junk food becomes as socially unacceptable as smoking. People get together and go for a walk instead of having goodies.

Along with this, increased walking means streets have to be more pedestrian-friendly.

Instead of emphasizing reading and math in school, juggling and tightrope walking become the vital skills. More people get really good at these things and it revolutionizes the work force.

After being sent to Pluto, the criminals from your society establish a society where cooperation is essential due to the minimal resources.

Erm, I think you should scrap the communism ideas some people seem to be coming up with, cause judging on the past/present, we all know that's not the ideal route to go down.

Personally I like the environmentally aware idea. Renewable fuels, recycling, cut down on waste and packaging, etc.

Or perhaps you could let the whole planet be taken over by monkeys or something and we could become their slaves like in Planet of the Apes...

Don't forget outlawing incorrect chewing gum disposal, graffitti in an unauthorised area, old people not having the correct change when the bus pulls up,buskers who don't wear body armour,the law against being put on hold when you phone customer support helpdesks,fox hunting,people who go through all their mobile phone ring tones in a public place,the law that states that every nurse should have starred in at least one porn movie, death by firing squad to anyone who abandons a pet..... the list is endless.

Minimal traffic rules (such as no lights). That's what they do in the Netherlands to reduce accidents. The added danger actually makes people more careful.

This could be the basis of society. Minimal rules...kind of like orderly anarchy.

Ultimately all ideals lead to a dystopian society. This is much more interesting anyway!
What about no police force? Individuals/communities have to "police" themselves.

Everyone has to learn a musical instrument? Silly, I know, but fun nonetheless!

well with the everyone gets paid the same it kind of sounds like a communist society... maybe come up with laws like that... you sound like a humanitaian so maybe animals and humans could peacefully coincide... you could have a ban on industries that hurt the environment... maybe do like the chinese and have a ban on how many kids in a house.... no drinking.. no drugs... maybe you can do like like a utopian society but kids who are born with defects are killed like a violent tendency or down syndrome.. or just ban abortion... you can castrate rapists.. hang murderers or electricution... cut off robbers hands... maybe do something like hitler an have only one sect of christianity people alive who have green eyes and red hair or something like that.. hope this helped

how about a society that is truly matriarch based? In most of the world, women are the worker-slaves in terms of the volume of work they do for their families men. (Sorry it's true...start checking). What about a society where they are the rulers...how would that change laws and society?
