Comcast gives you a PVR for just subscribing to their digital package. Check your local cable provider or even one of the two major sat providers. That way you won't have to pay for one right out. Also, if it stops working , they will replace it for free.

Well if you GO Pre-Paid I would Say
Cingular Go phone, OR Virgin Mobile [Slice]
Plan, Cingular Wireless or Crappy Alltell [Alltell is OK but it has a lot of dropped calls]
Business, Cingular Walkey Talky OR Sprint [One of the worst providers out of them all]
DONT GET VERIZON IT SUCKS
