Call their support line. They will ask for personal information such as your address, last didgets on credit card, etc. then give you the info or reset it.

Do you have dial-up, cable, dsl?

If you have cable Internet, then you won't have a username/password.

If you have DSL, then it will be stored in the DSL software you use to connect to the Internet, or within your Internet Explorer settings.

The same goes for dial-up.

If you're looking to find out the password that is "masked" by asterisks (****), then purchase & download iOpus Password Recovery to "unmask" the masked info. Or, if you're smart, you'll know how/where to get a copy of it for free.
