Oh I totally understand your situation. Our neighbors have dogs and when walking through the backyard I get in this situation a lot. I usually find a stick and then get out the poo using that.

First wet pater towels then a wire type wisk brush, rinse and repeat.

one way is hot water and a small toothpick use the hot water to soften it and the tooth pick to scrape it out.

Q-tip and hot, soapy water. Personally, just buy new shoes. It isn't worth it!!
