God is the great unknown. Is he really out there? Can anyone really hear us? Does he really answer every prayer? Is he even a he?

Life is something we can't control, when we accept that, religion no longer seems necessary to some like myself. Others, it's even more reason for prayer. When something we can't control causes a problem for us, we hand it to the unknown and hope it works out. It's our way of trying to think it's under control by a greater means.

...because God does exist!!

Human beings cannot escape from problems.
It's part and parcel of life.
God creates problems for mankind as a test to know who is better than the other.
That's why there exists Heaven and Hell.
Everything in life is a challenge and problem.
You've just got to treat problems with a sense of poise and rationality.
Don't be too depressed about it.

From your question, it seems that you've lost hope.
Please DO NOT!!
Think of all positive things in your life and those who love you.
Then, fix your problems slowly.
Join a support group to embrace you through your hardships and difficulties.

Please, have faith in God!!
