pass the baby! That the best thing for already-born baby showers.
Another great idea is the clothes pin game. Pick a small list of words that cannot be said such as "baby, born, and labor" hang those words on a wall for reference, and give everyone a clothes pin to wear. If they hear someone saying one of those words they can take all their clothes pins. The one with the most at the end of the shower wins a prize.

The baby pin game!
Give everyone a saftey pin to pin on their sweaters.
The rule is if someone uncrosses their legs or ankles, and someone calls them on it, they have to give up their pin(s). The most at the end of the shower wins.
Also, guess the baby food is good. Take 10-15 jars of baby food, take off the labels and have everyone write down their guesses. The one who guesses the most right wins.
Have fun!

If you go to www.partygamecentral.com they have LOTS of good ideas for games.. You can click on 'Custom Game List' and check the category 'Baby shower games'. You can also check indoor or outdoor, large group or small, etc.. Then it'll come up with a list of baby shower games that meet your criteria. Hope this helps & congrats to your cousin!

When I gave birth to my oldest daughter, my father and step-mother hosted a shower for me. It was more fun because everyone got to see and hold the baby. We didn't have any games- just good food and good company. It was much appreciated without. I suggest you go to Google and type in "games for baby showers," and search. You'd be amazed what is out there. Good luck.

Here's one: Ask all of the participants to bring a picture of themselves (your cousin included) when they were babies or very young) but not show anyone else their picture. Display them all on a poster board or table and number them. Then have a contest to see who can match up the most baby pictures with the right adult.

She might be so exhausted (new parents are pretty sleep-deprived) that she might appreciate your including time for a pre-shower nap! Seriously, offer to baby-sit!
