Well let's put it this way, once my sister tried to fix me up with a chick. She called me but her voice sounded like a young boy. That turned me off and I never met her. If her raspy voice still sounds feminine, that all is well.

I would assume shes smoked more than a turkey!
advantages- she can star on jerry springer as the typical old smokin hag who always finds herself getting on COPS because her BF punched her already ugly face in!
Disadvantages- By the time shes 45 she will be coughing and hacking so bad that you cant stand her!

Adv.....girl makes a good singer, sounds sexy...
Dis.....might sound masculine
Adv....guy makes a good radio voice, or singer, sounds very masculine,...sexy
Dis...sounds groggy or sounds like he smokes..maybe a bit shady....
Depends how raspy for a female or males voice...subtle is nice!!

it is distinctive. And for some reason it merely sounds attractive to me. some women can pull it off, and a few women can no longer. as an occasion, Emma Stone can pull it off in my opinion. probable because of the fact she's warm.
