Yes they are still together. Don't let those people fool you.
Heard on radio last night that they are finishing up their new album and it will be out probably in March.

They're still together. Don't believe what people say on the internet, unless it's posted as news from the band directly on their official website or in their e-mail newsletter, you can sign up for that on linkinpark.com. The site is under construction right now, so I don't know if that link is there, but if you see something that says "Mailing list," click it, and fill out the necessary information to stay updated on the band!

Yes, they are. I frequent Linkin Park's fan site http://www.linkinpark.com The band is definately still together. A lot of them have side projects that they work on as well. They are currently recording their third studio album and plan on going on tour again this summer with their Projekt Revolution tour (their summer tour with various bands).
LP is one of my favorite bands of all times. Being a hardcore fan, I know for sure that they are still together.
