My mind definitely. The old "you should" stuff can be a cruel taskmaster.

both are the same for me...before i used to give the heart a figurative meaning...now, the heart to me is only an organ pumping blood...
it is my mind that sees, my mind that hears, my mind that feels, my mind that contains all thought processes...therefore my mind demands the most...sometimes it is the yearning for education, knowledge or to reach heights i have never reached before.
where it not for the mind, (and i dont mean the brain, the brain too is an organ) we would not percieve anything.
sometimes the demand is far more than what can be fulfilled...and this poor mind it has so many shackles placed upon by society and customs but doesnt it always make its wants and demands known at least to us....?
i dont know? deep or shallow? thats the way i am.

Definitely my mind. I need my mind to shut off, and soon, or else I will go mad.....my heart simply demands peace, and a calmness in my mind.....I don't think that's too much to ask.
