poor Saddam??? ... What's wrong with you? Sure it would have been better if Bin Laden was getting hanged, but Saddam should have eventually been judged for his misdoings and crimes against humanities. But also, there should be a towering list of leaders needing execution for their crimes against humanity.

You are referring to the two times French Special Forces had bin Laden in their sights, but did not take the shot because they did not get orders from their American commanders. Yes, they did fail to capture him. He must be more valuable alive than dead.
