I think he does a good job but is sooo big headed about being "better" than Michael Cole.

Love him, he's the best commentator they have right now.
He has great mic skills, knows the history of the wrestlers he's talking about, and does an excellent job of putting over people even though they are losing/ lost the match.
As far as his big head is concerned, that's what JBL is doing so well... he is the heel announcer to Cole being the face announcer. It's the same oppositional style that a lot of two man radio shows take now-a-days.

JBL is one sided. He only likes the bad guys. If Michael Cole says anything nice about a "good guy" then JBL gets all upset.

I definatally love JBL as a commenter. I dont know if he can beat Micahael Cole and his devilish good looks...okay joking...but I loved the "Christmas" part on last weeks episode whenever Sylvan aka Santa gave gifts and Cole said, "You cant have those gimme them they're mine" and JBL smacked him in the head.

He is hilarious. Michael Cole get bullied by him a lot lol. well he gets bullied by john cena 2! JBL puts on quite a show. he always had good mike skills....we just didnt want 2 admit it.

J.B.L. is a good man. He really is. I don't know about him being the wreslting GOD, but he is pretty good about saying his feelings to everyone. I think that I like John better and commentary because then he does not have to talk about himself anymore....he is hosting the show! That is something I didn't thought J.B.L. would take.
J.B.L. is also a good man because when Chris Masters was doing the masterlock to one of the soliders, he turned around took off his santa unifrom and went and help the solider to break the masterlock. Well that solider is going down in history for being the very frist person to beat the masterlock.
To me, J.B.L. is my hero.

he's almost as good of commentator as he was in the ring. a lot better than taz, and michael cole is so sappy and boring that jbl is the star of the broadcast.

He is very humourous at times and very witty but i didn't like his attitude as a wrestler and I still don't on commentary. Instead of putting people down he should prove that he deserves to be there and show some damn respect!!!

I think it is funny when he makes fun of Michael Cole. I find it hilarious because Michael Cole is so damn retarded and he gets what is going to him annoying Smackdown for so many years!
