I can't really pick out a dialect from her voice, which I think is somewhat strident but clear.
As for her looks, I'm not going to rate her various body parts. I'd take her home to meet the family in a heartbeat and am not interested in breaking out the calipers to measure her individual assets. Her smile does it for me... I don't need to look at the rest.
