This could have been the most unjust, unfair court case in history.

Let's just say the court was a "show" to get the people thinking that the execution was justified. If we executed every leader who killed innocent people we wouldn't have any leaders!

PS. Ron's an idiot. He's probably still searching for WMD's. It's people like that who embarrass Americans.

I think he deserved the death penalty.

But, I don't think the trial was conducted fairly. It was a US puppet show.

It's horrible the way people keep acting like Christmas has been replayed. The bloodlust is just morbid.

There are many more terrible people in this world. Bush has has his fair share of contributing to deaths of many. So why the constant double standards?

Yes, it was fair. Saddam was a horrible person. They should find and hang Bin Laden next!

Was it fair that he gassed the Kurds and killed thousands of people, was it fair that him and his family raped and murdered? His death was too easy, they should have dis-member-ed him pieces at a time.

If he were tried in the U.S. he would be on death row for 5 more years.. I guess they do things quick over there except end the fighting.

If he drag your mom and rape her, cut your dad's arms off and torture him, smear acid all over you sister, and castrate your brother, would you question the fairness?
