Give them a call, they are people, you talk to them just like everyone else.

Do you think that you are special? Is this a small or large company? How many people have applied for this position?

What I would do is to call them and verify that they have received my resume. I would ask when is the job offer closing to the outside world. Sometimes a company will post a job and they already have a person there in mind. They are scouting around to see if they would be better off hiring a new person or promoting the current employee.

I went to this company for three interviews, and they still did not offer me the job. I finally figure it out, and I asked what was the delay? They said that if they hired someone from the outside there were two employees that said they would quit on the spot. Needless to say they must have decided to keep the two employees.

I'd go to the acrtual business location and ask to speak with the president or head manager, be dressed prefessionally, When you talk with this person I would be very nice and say that you would be interested in tlaking with him or her about any positions you might have available at his or her convenience.
