the hole between the clitoris and the hood is the urethra where urine comes out. a discharge could be from thrush or another infection.
a doctor could examine this, but would most probably only be able to prescribe antibiotics. a medical examination might be a little traumatic for your sister, particularly if she has only recently started exploring her own body.
my advice would be to advise her to drink some cranberry juice and wait at least three days or so before seeing a doctor. you could tell her too that its best to use clean hands or clean objects to masterbate with.
i think its great that your sister is exploring her sexuality, and since youve already had this unexpected moment, speaking to her about this infection is likely to help her not feel guilty or strange about what she's doing. encourage her to love her body and understand it.

What colour was the discharge? I don't think this has anything to do with her masturbating. If she has an infection like thrush it needs treatment - you can get stuff from the chemist.
However, I think it's best to see a doctor or the practice nurse. She wouldnt have to tell them about the masturbating. they dont normally ask about that sort of thing.

Yeah, I'd go see a doctor. I'm sure the ps2 controller was not steril. Most surfaces that people contact contain various strains of bacteria from ecoli to whatever else.

ok first of all psp needs to be cleaned. and she may have thrush as this can be caused by bacterial infection which is easily treated.
secondly respect your sisters privacey. she may want advice from her GP on exploration safely and well not using electronic gaming devices

Don't hesitate, go to a doctor straight away, things like this should not be sorted out by dumbasses like me over the net, get serious advice.
Also tell her to use the new Xbox 360 controller.

she don't need a to see a doctor ,the hole is her urethra were urine is discharged it is about 3.5cm while the male one is 18cm,yes male do have urethra
