Well, if you're looking for a "spell," I'd say you were interested in Wicca or "witchcraft." If that's the case, then you should know that, according to Wicca, when you use a spell to alter events that are already in motion (as is the only real use for a time-freezing spell), that you will suffer dire consequences. Those who subscribe to that particular religion would be angry with most people asking. It's all about being in harmony with the universe and such.
From a purely physical perspective, time is actually quite malleable. You just have to be travelling at the right speed. So... go the speed of light. Time will be frozen for you. Voila!

there is no spell.... what you do is use some liquid nitrogin and that will freeze your clock....dude there are no such thing as spells.....and god didnt ant you to freeze time...it s not a natural thing...so stop messing with it!
