As there aren't really any common applications for such a product in your average household your usual home centers simply don't stock it but your basic hardware store most likely will have it it in their automotive section and any auto parts retailer will have it in abundance. Just look in the area containing the various adhesives and such, usually packaged in tubes like toothpaste, the one you're needing being labeled as High Temp Silicone. Permatex is just one brand and a very good one at that but there are lots of offerings to be had and all do the same thing so a 'Store' brand will work just as well. Oh, and make sure you know the approximate temp you'll need to be working with as the offerings are to had in both High Temp and Ultra High Temp, the ranges they work best on listed on the product packaging. Good luck and have a fabulous New Year.

What materials are you trying to bond? What is the application? What is the temperature range?

Without this information, any attempt to answer is a total waste of everyone's time.
