No. She is the daughter of HRH Princess Anne and a "commoner" Capt. Mark Phillips. She is 11th in line to the throne though!

When Princess Anne married, a title would have been bestowed upon Capt. Mark Phillips, however he and Anne didn't want their children to hold titles, and after discussions they chose not to have a title bestowed upon the Captain...

For Zara to have been a Princess, the Queen would have to have made Captain Mark a Prince, which was never an option.

To clear up the subject of Zara's title it should be noted that Mark Philips declined an en-noblement, that is, the title of Duke downwards.

Thus the highest title Zara would ever have held in her own right would have been "Lady" therefore making it impossible for Zara to hold a title, unless marrying into titles.

Titles are passed through the male bloodline and because her father didn't hold one, Zara doesn't either...

Zara's children will have no titles, unless Zara marries a man with a title and they chose to pass their titles on, as British titles flow through male lineage...

Since 1917 the children of the sovereign's daughters have no longer received the title of HRH or princess. It was not a case of her parents deciding they did not want her to have a title; under the current guidelines it was not an option. The children of Princess Margaret and the late Princess Mary were not princes or princesses either.

However in my opinion this is sexist and they should have the same status as the children of the sovereign's son, especially as Peter Philips is the Queen's eldest grandchild.

there is not any such guy or woman as princess kate, its catherine duchess of cambridge, and she or he does not assume all and sundry to curtsy to her,in public while she is with the duke of cambridge it may be seen superb if a member of the general public basically did a splash bob, however the royal kinfolk do no longer care if we curtsy or no longer, its us that gets right into a state approximately it.
