how to get rid of someone whose been chasing me for years now.....and made my life a living hell (i.e. slandered me grossly mostly through other people (from which I gather that I'm dealing with a coward) interfered in my private and my profesional life...and of course as a result all these "actions" had a devastating effect on me. Can anyone give me an opinion.....a REAL one please no jokes...I'm not in mood at all to joke nor am amused...or see a funny side 'cause there isn't one when subjected to breach of everything that mattered in my life. Am feeling depressed and extremely low (morally and physically) am I downright sick although I try to keep my head high and keep going as if nothing happened. i must outline that I have reported to the police on several occasion .....to no avail.....I also must mention that i live in E.Europe.

You won't be able to reason with the sort of person you're describing, and apparently a legal course of action hasn't produced any relief either.

It's time to think outside of the box.

Although it isn't fair to ask you to turn your life upside down and make drastic changes when you aren't the problem, the truth is your life is already turned upside down because of this person who is obsessed with you, and obviously in a most destructive way.

I don't know anything at all about your circumstances - whether you're married or have children or have aged parents who are dependent upon you....so those considerations limit me in what I can advise. However, if I were in your shoes and obviously made so unhappy by someone who is stalking me (I think that's what you're bascially talking about, right?), then I would begin looking to live and work elsewhere if at all possible! Even if I had to move hundreds of miles away, starting life over without that sort of torment about your neck every day would be worth it to me.

That's what I mean by thinking outside of the box. Can you move away and/or transfer to another job? Can you get a phone number that is unlisted and move with "no forwarding address available" and just start over? Again, I realize that isn't the fair thing, but it may be the only thing that will truly work for you.

I'm sorry that I don't have anything more creative and less drastic to suggest. You're not going to be able to change something so evil (and someone who stalks or slanders or torments another person is simply that - evil).....so suggesting some impassioned plea or conversation with this person - however eloquent - seems to be a waste of time. If there's no recourse through legal channels, then I honestly don't know what else you could do.

Yes, you're dealing with a coward. But even a coward can turn dangerous when backed into a corner...sort of like an animal would. That's why I say it's not going to do you any good to try and reason this out with them.

We wish you all the best - it sounds like there are no easy answers here, but there ARE options. Please remember that....

You're dealing with someone that we in America call a stalker. This isn't a good situation at all, and the person won't usually stop until the police or a court take action. Here in the US, we have the ability to get a restraining order against such people that requires them to avoid any further contact with you, forever if necessary. If he violates the restraining order, then he can be sent to jail. I'm sure something similar can be done there. You can also contact an attorney who will send him a "cease & desist" letter...Telling him that if he doesn't stop, that you will file a lawsuit against him in court.

Since you didn't find support from the police, seek legal advice and proceed accordingly. Have you ever discussed the whole matter with this person? Why is he doing this thing to you? What does he really want? On personal basis, just ignore him. If you have already discussed the matter with him, now is the time to absolutely ignore him. All your next moves should be legally covered. Ask a lawyer , proceed accordingly and I am sure the state after this, will uses the means to stop this man from interfering.

Move. If that is not an option, and you feel this person is ruining your life, you must remove the person from your life. It is a drastic measure, but one which, even if not carried out, can possibly put a smile on your face as you contemplate doing the following:

Gather the following supplies (semi-auto or revolver, flashlight, large bag, disposable clothes, three "hits" of crack or meth)

Put on disposable overclothes.
Get person alone.
Shoot person in head multiple times.
Quickly: Place drugs on person. Take person's cash and toss wallet. Pick up shell casings (if you used a semi-auto).
Leave quickly (clear datum).
Dispose of clothes somewhere away from your house (evidence).

The person will no longer bother you. And if you don't do drugs, you will not be suspected.

Read the Novel Arsenic and Old Lace or an Alfred Hitchcock book it's filled with intrigue and Mystery...Here in the US we have them locked up for stalking, sexual Harassment etc... Otherwise, don't acknowledge or talk to him, be curt rude and nasty. Do not go anywhere he tends to be......Maybe the EC will see fit to change some of the laws concerning women over there!

If it is as bad as you say get the police involved and seek legal advice. Document everything that happens if you have not done so already. Having a record of incidents is good to refer to in cases such as this.

are u sure u wanna get rid of someone???

well, fine!
if he/she is a person whom u don't know and he/she seems to pester you... kick them on their butts...(hee hee...) or else make a monkey like face at them.... hee hee ..... they would run away seeing you. or tease them in a bad way so that they may leave u thinking u are a 100% rascal. make mad gestures at them.... no one wants to be with a mad person. or spread rumors about them..... really i cant stand rumors... too. mock at them along with your friends..... then they are sure to leave you.

if they are someone u know closely....
someone like your love: get a new lover or make anybody to act as your lover.
