I think President Ford is "up there", but Sad dam is "down there" so they won't ever meet!

I seriously doubt it if Saddam is up there... I don't know where Ford is but Saddam is probably down there.

Up where? Are you referring to heaven? He doesn't believe in any god, only in his own power, he made that known to people close to him. So, no, they won't.
