I have tried many sites including Mapquest, Yahoo maps, and others. But I have yet to find a site where I can view, or print out maps of U.S. roadways. Most sites just offer driving directions without a map view. Surely there has to be a site where I can view, and print these maps.

Both Yahoo and Mapquest have map views that you describe. I think that you are looking for a folding map that is already in hard copy form. Maybe you should visit a bookstore and look for a nice folding map.

You tried Google Maps (http://maps.google.com )? They have a print option ;)
But Yahoo! Maps and Mapquest do offer printable maps. Look for the "printable version" or "printer-friendly" link.

On Disneyland's website they used to furnish a PDF of the map it quite is provided in la for Disneyland. i'm rather particular that now the only way you may get a revealed map is once you quite get on your hotel or in Disneyland itself.
