as a good base you will need a good foundation first off. an even canvas makes things so much easier.
brown hair and eyes usually love warm colours, but without being able to see if your skin has a pink or yellow base, you may even get away with using some really deep greens and plum colours which look awesome! again without knowing the skin tone, blushers are a bit tricky but either rosy pink or warm peach would suit. lastly the lips shouldnt have too much colour if the eyes are heavily made up, either emphasise one or the other...try using soft pinky browns or gold tones. good luck! xxx

I would use silvers and greys, These will make your brown eyes stand out more. Also experiment with greens and shimmery shades for a more dramatic look. Use a lip gloss, a natural shade on cheeks. Hope this helps. Happy New Year

Goldy sort of colours. Try wearing some foundation to darking your pale skin as well. If you do this any colour will suit you

well 1st of all congrats for stating what you have done through long hard and hours of sugery - thats very brave - my suggestion is to buy a big thing of eye shadow with different colors and see what you like on your self and base you make up on eyeshadow....
or go to the mall to a department store like macys or so and go to a make up stand to ask for help choosing colors :]
