I need to find medical records from my doctor that retired?

You should have been notified where the records would be kept. But it sounds like that didn't happen.

If he had a partner, that would be the place to check.

Otherwise call the local medical society - they should be able to direct you.

You might try your local county medical society to see if they know where this physician had his/her medical records stored.
