If you mean 'Can I download a DVD image file and burn a DVD' then I'm afraid not. You need a DVD Writer, such as a DVD-RW drive. You can buy one pretty cheaply on eBay.

If you just want to watch a DVD on your computer, you can download and install a DVD Emulator that gives you a simulated DVD RW Drive on your computer.

no. you will have to replace one of those with a dvd burner. I would keep the cd-rw(replace the dvd-rom) since they read at 52x compared to 16x on dvd-rw
