Dreams are like an escape to our subconscious mind, and can help us to understand us better.
This dream has many symbols. First, the bridge. It can be a transition or a big change that you as family, or your mom, are making or plan to make. And that change is very difficult for her. Then the party and the dresses. The party may mean that once she or your family makes that transition, everything will be fun and better. And the clothes: maybe she feels that she is not yet prepared for that big change, and she may think that somebody is going to bother her for that.
But that's just my opinion. Hope this helps.

It could be that your mum sees she has done a good job in bringing you up, as she got you over the bridge even though it was hard for her (because being a mum is hard, and lovely) And now she is insecure because she knows she has no control over some aspects of your life because you are growing up and making your own decisions. The child could be the nagging feeling that she wants you to still be small but this makes her angry because in fact in conjunction with that she knows you must grow up.
Anyway that may be an explanation. She will know if it is.

Shaky ground. Your Mom feels like something in her life is out of control. It looks like sense in her dream after going threw all of this the outcome is not the desired one (you and your sister not being allowed in to the party) The party would have been your reward but you missed out.

dunno. could be just a dream. It really depends on who's looking at it. It could be a sign of you and your sister's lack of preparation to enter the real world/college whatever it is that you are on the verge of going into. And your mom dreaming it up could be her fear that you and your sis are not ready. As I said, it could be interpreted in many different ways.
How old are you and your sis?
