She is understandably wary of you and probably thinks you may hit her again. Why not take the time to write her a letter ? You can carefully think about what you want to say and tell her why you lashed out. Writing a letter gives you the chance to put over your side of the story. Then give the letter to a teacher you get on with and ask them if they would pass it on to her.

That is so disrespectful if i was your parent i would personally drag you back in with your ear in front of all your friends, i suggest you get your pen and paper out and get writing, not only that i think you should be getting down to the florist for the biggest bunch of apology flowers you can afford with your pocket money and hope she doesn't hit you round the head with them

Write to her via the school head asking for a supervised meeting to make your apology.
But I don't blame her. Can you imagine her having to put herself in that position everyday wondering who is going to attack her?

That's teacher's for you!! I threw a chair at my secretarial studies teacher in 3rd year. He had something wrong with him. We also used to steal his cigarette's out of his drawer, he put temptation in our faces and we took it! He taught us all to hate anything to do with secretarial studies. Anyway, to answer your question I have to say ALWAYS, ALWAYS eat breakfast! I hope that helps, x
